Unknown

“I have been a witness, and this picture are my testimony. The events I have recorded should not be forgotten and must not be repeated.” (James Natchwey)
This picture was taken by James Natchwey in the Vietnam war. We don’t know the exact name of the picture but we found impressive, as it shows the cruelty of war and make us aware about the horrible experiences of the people who is in the war.
The picture is a little depressing, because is in black and white and shows the topic of the war.

The Man on Fire

The Man on fire was painted by Clemente Orozco in 1938. The man on fire represents the pre-Hispanic world, with its primitive and bloody ritual of sacrificing humans, and in a society that seems to live and act within inflexible rules, regardless of all compassion.
It’s a really amazing picture, it has a special meaning it shows the paining of the sacrifing humans in the past.

The Maddona of the Carnation

The Madonna of the carnation was painted by Leonardo Da Vinci in 1478. It’s been permanently displayed at the Alte Pinakothek gallery in Munich, Germany since 1889 after it was on private ownership.
It’s a portrait of a young woman taking care of a baby, we think it’s very realistic and shows calm. The piece of art has many small details specially in the dress of the woman.

The Starry Night

The Starry Night was painted by Vincent Van Gogh in 1889. This painting shows the village of Saint-Remy under a night sky illuminated.
This is a colorful painting and a little abstract, because the stile of the art shows abstract paintings.
